Deeper Sweeper

You're not your average dentist. You're a mouse dentist, and your patient's tooth just became your entire world.

Drill straight down through the layers of a giant tooth (enamel, dentin, pulp, and root) clearing out dangerous food scraps along the way. Every scrap you destroy adds to your score, but the deeper you go, the more the patient's pain builds. Nerves and the fiery Carolina Reaper spike the pain bar even further, and one wrong move against Death itself ends the run on the spot.

Grab anesthesia as you fall and use it whenever you need to buy yourself more room to drill. Balance speed against caution: a fast, clean run scores the highest, but push too hard and the pain bar fills before you reach the root.
